Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Low and High Season

Reservation: 50% Non refundable deposit is required to Reserve. 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation: 48 hours prior to arrival 50% Refund.

Peak Season

Reservation: 50% Non refundable deposit is required to Reserve. 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival

Cancelation: 30 Days prior to arrival 50% Refund

If a new reservation fills the same unit and dates 10% penalty. All Cancellation must be sent in written to Stay in Costa Rica
